in Florida in a beautiful setting. We would like you to enjoy it too. If you are interested in checking availability for our Villa, please click on the availability link. This should provide you with an idea of bookings to date, but should only be used as a guide. For a more reliable account of what we have available we would request you contact us direct, either by phone or email with your preferred dates and we will let you know whether these are still available. To contact us by email, simply click on the Enquiry Form. We will then send you an information pack which contains much of what you have read here, plus further information on each room, welcome and party packs, the booking agreement form and of course your free Villa Carmen Virtual Tour CD. Should you then wish to confirm a booking, we would invite you to read through the Booking Agreement form, Deposit and Cancellation terms and Liability form. The booking and liability forms should then be completed, signed and forwarded to us along with your deposit to the address below. These forms are all to be found within the information pack, or should you prefer, you can find them attached to this site, where they can be printed off. We are unable to reserve any dates without confirmation and a deposit. |
