Supermarkets and Restaurants
We have a very large Publix Supermarket just a two minute drive away. This store is very well equipped to provide you with all you should need in terms of essentials throughout your stay. Open from 8am-9pm. Within this shopping centre, there are other amenities such as a video / DVD store, and a bar. If you wish to do a little more shopping, about 1o minutes drive there’s Wal-Mart. This will sell just about anything you care to mention, and at great discount prices.. |

Eating Out Highway 192, just 10 mins north along US27, will provide you with just about anything you can think of, from fast food to fine dining the closer you get to International Drive. There are also a number of restaurants closer to Highlands. Feel free to seek advice from our Management Company on where to eat. | |

Internet
Access
We have installed Cable / wireless internet access at the Villa, cos if your kids are anything like ours, they can’t survive without MSN…! Also we find a larger number of people have to still work whilst on holiday, and Internet is essential. We have a router, so those who are “Wireless enabled” can happily sit by the pool (power points on pool deck), or alternatively you can “cable-up” in the kitchen. |

Can we play Golf on
the Course…? Highlands Reserve Golf Course is regarded as one of the best in Florida, with a number of other great courses close by. The Club House is just one minute away on foot, and caters to all abilities. Club hire is available, There is also a driving range to practice on. Green fees vary throughout the year, but for residents (as you would be) the average cost for a round is approx £22 including Golf Buggy.. | |

Management
Team We have a first class Management team looking after our Villa. They take care of everything for us from pool care and cutting the grass to ensuring that our guests are well looked after. You will be introduced to them shortly after your arrival (probably your first full day) as they give you a tour of the villa, explaining how everything works, from the dishwasher to the DVD. Their aim is to provide you with a friendly and professional service in order to make your stay as comfortable as possible and provide you with all the information that you need.. |

Additional
Facilities The Villa is equipped with just about everything one would need. Unlike so many other Villa Owners, we don’t charge for additional extras (other than pool heating). We have a BBQ available for use as well as two bicycles, and we ask guests to speak with our Management Team prior to their use. In addition to these, I have my spare set of clubs which you’re more than welcome to borrow, although clubs can be hired from the clubhouse should you prefer. Other items we have which may prove useful relate to our little guests, including a crib (travel cot) and high chair. | |
