Oct 2005. I enjoyed my stay in this Villa because I stayed in the best Villa in the whole World. It’s nice and big and not long from the Adventure Parks. I stayed in the bunk bed and made it into a den for me and all my teddies I bought from Busch Gardens. The pool is the best. I hardly ever got out of it, and I enjoyed trying to stay on our lilo and playing with the ball.

I also enjoyed my stay here at Villa Carmen. It’s a lovely relaxing home. After fun, but hard days out at the different Theme Parks it was brilliant to be able to jump into the pool. I also enjoyed going shopping at all the huge outlets and buying all the shoes possible! Thank you mummy and Kevin. Can’t wait to come back!

Hello from the Smith and Thwaites family from Cambridgeshire in England. On arrival after a very long flight we were taken aback by the excellent décor and settings for our first (not last) holiday in Florida. The villa was immaculate and everything we could have wished for. It made for a most relaxing holiday, and you always looked forward to returning to it after each tiring day at the Theme Parks. Thanks Fiona and Kevin….it was everything you said it was and some more..!!

Only seven nights sadly, but the most wonderful way to see Florida, and stay in 5 star comfort. Had a fabulous time, to say the least. What more can be said? It was more like walking into a home, than a rental Villa. Facilities are excellent and what a wonderful location. Nights by the pool with a “Barbie” and beer. I thought I had gone to heaven!! And the TV was so big…better to watch my ice hockey on! Thank you for a wonderful stay and I can’t praise the villa enough.

This is our fifth visit to Florida and The Villa Carmen is by far, the best villa we have stayed in to date. Tastefully decorated, ideal location and with everything we could possibly need. A bonus was being able to eat outside in the shaded poolside area whilst watching the golfers. A fantastic, and much needed holiday was enjoyed by all of us. Thank you Kevin & Fiona.

Everything exactly as it should be – just magnificent. We really, really enjoyed our stay at Villa Carmen, and having visited last year, I knew what there was to look forward to. You are very fortunate that we didn’t decide to squat! Villa Carmen is a real credit to you guys, it really shows how much care and love you have all put into it and it has truly paid off. We have loved our visit so much that we are already planning our next visit. Hopefully that will mean that I will be signing your book again, maybe next year.
